Data Privacy Policy

The data we may collect differs depending on your use of the website :

1. When you visit the pages of the website, Google Analytics, Google Search Console and the Axeptio cookie management module may - if you grant your consent - collect the following data :

Contry and town/city of connection
Browser used, device (computer, smartphone - including its model, tablet, etc.), operating system
Connection times and duration, pages visited

You have the option to configure the collection of dta according to your personal preferences in the Axeptio module of the website. Any change in the configuration may affect its display.

2. When you write to us via the contact form, some additional data is stored, after you have granted your consent :

Your name
The name of your organization
Your telephone number
Your email address
Your postal address
Your message

In the context of the operation of the website, the processing of personal data collected has the following purposes :

Responding to requests for information : When you submit a request form, we use the information you provide to respond to you.

Sharing our news : When new information may be of interest to you, we may send out a newsletter to inform you. You will be able to subscribe and unsubscribre, and provide consent knowing the mailing frequency.

Improving your user experience, through a cookie management system : The purpose of cookies, which are traces left on your computer after visiting the website, is to help us offer you an optimized browsing experience (for example, by complying with your wishes regarding page personalization).

Compiling statistics : the Google Search Console and Google Analytics tools are configured to record the country and town/city of connection, the browser used, the device (computer, smartphone, tablet, etc.), the operating system used, the time and duration of connection, as well as the pages visited. The Wordpress website’s management console allows us to monitor the volume of contacts and the type of organizations that have written to us.

Managing your requests regarding your right of access, rectification and opposition : When you write to us with your request, in connection with receiving a newsletter or otherwise. 

For all your personal data, you can exercise the following rights with the data controller (the website’s DPO at philippe.talon@representant-fiscal.com) :

Right to access the personal data provided
Right to request the rectification or deletion of such data
Right to request a limitation of the processing of data that concerns you
Right to object to data processing and withdraw consent at any time
Right to data portability

If you believe that your data has not been protected, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with a control authority (the French Data Protection Authority - CNIL).

Your data is not retained beyond the time required to fulfill the purposes set out in this Policy :

All the identification data collected via the registration form are deleted within a period of 3 years (commercial prospecting, statistics preparation, etc.)

Google Analytics stores Google Signal data for a period of 14 months, regardless of your settings. By default, Google data on connected users expires after this time. 

In accordance with the recommendations of the CNIL, Axeptio has established a 13-month retention period for cookies on the website. The lifespan of the cookies is not extended with each visit: the user’s consent must therefore be renewed at the end of this period.

The consent is stored in the Axeptio module for a period of 11 months.
